Hours and Availability

The Center’s hours vary slightly from semester to semester. During the Summer semester 2022 (May 10, 2022- August 11, 2022) we are open at the following times:

Monday CLOSED
Tuesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday CLOSED

We are closed on weekends, some holidays, and during University of Pittsburgh semester breaks. This semester, we will be closed August 15-29 and will reopen for the fall semester August 30th.  During the times that we are closed, we do not have emergency coverage available, nor are staff available to monitor either voice mail or email messages.

You can reach the Clinical Psychology Center at 412-624-8822.  When you call, one of our staff may conduct a telephone intake interview in order to facilitate an appropriate client-therapist match.  If no one is available to take your call, or if you call after hours, please feel free to leave a confidential message on our voice mail (note, however, that return calls will sometimes show up as a “blocked number”).  In the case of an emergency, we ask that you contact the Re:Solve Crisis Network, at 1-888-796-8226.

Given our status as a small training clinic, the number of openings we have for assessment and treatment services can fluctuate over time. See below for our current availabilities. Waitlist times may vary based on client needs and clinician availability.
