About me: 

Savannah Roberts grew up in Bozeman, Montana where she fostered a joy for hikes in the mountains. Since then, she’s lived in Washington, Spain, Delaware, Philadelphia, and now Pittsburgh. When she’s not on campus, you can find her exploring Pittsburgh’s local restaurants, coffee shops, and parks!

Research Interests

Savannah is interested in studying the development and prevention of body dissatisfaction an disordered eating during adolescence. Her research primarily examines either: 1) disordered eating among LGBTQ+ youth, or 2) the effect of social media on adolescents’ body image. You can learn more at www.savannah-roberts.com.
