Research Interests
I am interested in examining children and emerging adult's socioemotional abilities on their cognitive processing. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the role emotions and emotion regulation serve students and the ways in which they impact their learning. I will be working with Dr. Timothy Nokes Malach and Ming-Te Wang and their labs on investigating the role that mindfulness and mindset has on students emotion, regulation and learning in stressful situations.
